The Event

Description: Hosted by the UT Indian Students Association, recipient of the 2011 RAISE Best Service Organization Award and the 2011 Swingout Most Improved Organization Award, Taal is ISA’s annual South Asian Talent Show. Taal is the largest South-Asian talent show on campus and strives to promote Indian culture while entertaining thousands.

FOI 2012 Bid: Taal 2012 is an official Festival of India 2012 bid competition. The winning act of Taal 2012 will automatically get a bid to FOI 2012. FOI 2012 will take place in Dallas, Texas on April 21st, 2012.

Prize Money: 1st place: $1000; 2nd place: $500; Crowd favorite: $100
